    Housing Tour Options


    Summer Housing Tours are offered Monday through Friday at 12:00 PM June 8 – July 31, 2026, excluding university holidays and Bengal Bound Orientation dates. Please plan for a 45-60 minute walking tour, beginning at the Housing Tour Center on the corner of Highland Road and Veterans Drive in front of the LSU Barnes & Noble.

    Summer Housing Tours are designed for incoming first year students to view a room in their assigned residence hall or apartment community. While students cannot view their exact room, they are able to view one that is most similar in style to what they’ll call home in August.


    Find your building on the schedule below and register for a housing tour on a day that building is featured. Please note that Herget Hall will be closed this summer due to renovations in the first floor community area. 

    Our Housing Tour Center also features a sample residence hall showroom and the opportunity to explore virtual, interactive tours of all first-year communities when you arrive. When you check in for your tour, you’ll be able to talk with our student Housing Ambassadors about your future LSU home. You can review more information at lsu.edu/housingtours.
